Personalized training in a one-on-one session affords you an opportunity to train in an environment with undivided attention from your trainer using workouts written specifically for you. This membership is appropriate for someone who benefits from precise and controlled instruction, and needs specific attention. Depending on your goals, we offer one, two or three personal training sessions per week.
One-On-One Training memberships include unlimited attendance to all Large Group Training Sessions; these are designed specifically to supplement and boost performance during your weekly sessions. This membership also includes unlimited access to our facility during regular business hours.
These Memberships are available in three tiers:
One session per week - $300/month
Two sessions per week - $600/month
Three sessions per week - $900/month
