Finally found a place to exercise with women (and sometimes men) my age, in a great community of support and attention to safe and effective work-outs. A variety of classes or personal training to choose from in a beautiful space in North Fork!

Balance starts with a strong core.
One of our goals is to provide you with the strength and balance that would allow you to stay upright after tripping, in order to avoid a fall.

“I never knew I could look forward to exercise classes with a positive attitude. I guess I never really thought that at my age (78) I would actually get stronger. But I am! I guess that is why it is called the Success Studio! I am now convinced that I will have abs again some day!!”

I have been a member of the Success Studio family for more than a decade and it really does feel like a family. The staff are so supportive and encouraging and their level of expertise related to fitness is excellent. Just as importantly, the other members are extremely friendly leading to a fun atmosphere and a sense of belonging. Bill Burnett has created an incredible place where even people in their 70s (like me) can improve their fitness and overall health - the name Success Studio is very fitting.

I decided it was my turn to try Success Studio, after hearing from SEVERAL friends in their 60’s through 80’s (!) describe feeling as stronger than they ever have, thanks to this studio- with positive effects rippling though every aspect of their lives. This was my first time to try physical training with weights, or to join a small & personalized gym. I was honestly taken by surprise to discover how enjoyable the whole experience is. It has been gratifying to feel my body become more capable within simply a matter of months.

Success Studio is life changing ! I actually look forward to my training sessions with Eric and Mary—the first time in my almost 70 years that I can honestly say that. I’ve been training here for 3 years, and my strength, balance and endurance have all increased markedly, which allows me to live my life richly. Amazing people here!

Excellent facility with state-of-the-art equipment and very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Serves all ages and fitness levels. Strong sense of community among the membership. A variety of large group sessions with easy registration through the App. Many "extras" including regular posting of fitness articles and research and sharing of healthy recipe suggestions. Overall, a great place to stay fit and healthy.

I really didn’t want to go back to a gym but found Julie and Jake to be very welcoming and helped me get back in shape at 66!!

What new members ask us.
Am I too old to start strength training?
No. You’re never too old to start a strength training program. Your ability to maintain an independent lifestyle has a lot to do with how strong you are.
Do you work on balance?
Yes. Many of us think of balance as being able to stand on one foot. Functionally, balance is your core’s ability to fight gravity and keep you in an upright position.
I’m recovering from surgery or physical therapy. Where do I start?
With our Bridge Program. We provide personalized training to get you stronger post surgery or physical therapy.
How often will I train?
Depending on your goals, we offer one, two or three personal training sessions per week.
