“You don't have to be physically fit already to feel welcome and receive attention from knowledgeable staff who genuinely want to work with you to meet fitness goals.”

"Success Studio" is an accurate name for a place to go to if you're interested in and learning how to physically and in many respects mentally achieve life extending health. A professional staff of trainers guarantee stress free individual and/or small group programs in an environment without pounding blaring techno music that and that does not require the latest "gym garb". Success Studio is the workout I look forward to 5 sometimes 6 days a week. It's not only a healthy worthwhile hour, it's actually fun! Larry Zippin

I have thoroughly enjoyed being a member at this studio. The owner, staff and fellow members are all friendly, helpful, and make everyone feel so welcome. It has been so much fun getting back in the gym to take care of me after raising our kids, retiring and finding my new normal. Best decision ever!!

Love this gym! My wife and I are new to weight training and Bill and his “North” team (Jake, Julie, and Garrett) have been so helpful and encouraging. The facility is state-of-the-art and we love the location and ample parking.

Supportive, knowledgeable staff that focuses on my goals and never just going through the motions. I appreciate the individual training plans based on my strengths and weaknesses. As a long term couch potato, they make exercise fun, well, maybe...

What new members ask us.
I’ve never worked out, or haven’t in years. Is that OK?
Yes. When you’re brand new to the world of fitness, it can be useful to have a guide. A personal trainer can help ease you into a new program at the right pace for your experience level and in the right way to help you reach your goals.
Will a trainer show me what to do?
Yes. Professional trainers teach the proper way to perform each exercise movement in your routine. They demonstrate the movement, train you through it, and correct any issues with your posture or technique.
Will I have to do hard exercises right away?
No. Problematic movement patterns and postural issues detected in your initial assessment must be addressed before you begin doing more difficult exercises. Addressing these issues up front typically results in greater progress and long-term adherence to your exercise program.
Can I train in a small group?
Yes. Semi-private training sessions include two to four members. This setting provides additional support from your workout partners to help you make even more progress!
