Success Studio is hiring a full-time Personal Trainer to join our professional, growth-minded team at our Northern Charlottesville location. We are looking for a motivated trainer who loves helping people get stronger, healthier, and more confident, and who wants a long-term opportunity in a supportive environment.

Schedule and Availability

Full-Time Schedule: No split shifts, a regular daily schedule including breaks

• Monday–Friday: 11:00am–7:00pm

Training Environment

Success Studio Personal Trainers work with clients in:

• 1-on-1 personal training

• Semi-private training (up to 4 clients per session)

• Small group training (up to 12 clients per session)

We provide hands-on instruction and deliver a five-star client experience every session.

Requirements

Required:

• Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)

• CPR/AED Certification (we will cover recertification if needed)
