Watch the video for an overview
and welcome from our owner and founder, Bill Burnett.

When I came through the door and met the instructors, they were all so good and knowledgeable. It didn’t matter what level I was on, they could challenge me and I didn’t feel bad about being a beginner. They made me feel really comfortable. I’ve had a lot of success, I’ve dropped 2 sizes.! I’m stronger, I’m more flexible, I have energy, I feel great. I have a lot more confidence in myself, and I’m just really mad I didn’t do this sooner. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

Unable to lift weights due to the unfortunate lack of opposable thumbs, Titus began practicing yoga when he was just a puppy; he is a natural, and is especially good at downward dog. When he is feeling less zen and wants to get in some cardio, Titus loves to run after the local fauna with the hopes of capturing a squirrel or two. But his absolute favorite thing to do is to hang out at Success Studio on Ivy so he can get pets from his Success Studio family.
