Semi-private training sessions include two to three members and are appropriate for those who would benefit from a general strength and conditioning program and enjoy the camaraderie of a small group. You will get in-depth coaching, support and motivation from your personal trainer. This setting provides additional support from your workout partners to help you make even more progress.
These memberships are available in three tiers:
One session per week - $199/month
Two sessions per week - $389/month
Three sessions per week - $597/month
Semi-Private Training memberships include unlimited attendance to all Large Group Training Sessions, which are designed specifically to supplement your weekly sessions, and unlimited access to our facility during regular business hours.
