Bill started his fitness career in 1986 with his first business “Better Bodies” which sold nutritional supplements and activewear. In 1990, He got his first training job as a fitness trainer and received his first certification through ARA. In 1992, he obtained his first personal training client. By 1994, he was self-employed and had 40 to 60 appointments a week. In 1998, he became the general manager at Gold’s Gym of Charlottesville. During this time, he expanded the number of club members from 600 to 2,000 and won numerous awards. In 2002, he developed “Success” which is a program to teach personal trainers how to become business people, and followed it with “Weight Room Intelligence”. In 2005, he was blessed with the opportunity to open Success Studio. His dream came true with the opening of a safe, non-threatening, and supportive environment that teaches clients lifestyle change.

Brian has always had a deep seated passion for weightlifting, sports rehabilitation, and overall physical conditioning. In addition, Brian has always demonstrated a love for the outdoors: hiking, Mountain biking, Rock climbing, competitive wakeboarding and student missionary trips, here and abroad. Brian received his undergraduate degree in Labor education and Industrial Infrastructure from the Pennsylvania State University. Brian continues to demonstrate a willingness and desire to add to his existing knowledge base and performance, in an effort to better himself and his clients.

AZ graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. After graduating in 2010, she has worked as a Physical Therapy Tech for four years and enjoys helping patients get back to a pain free life. AZ loves bridging the physical therapy world of stability with the mobility of the fitness world. AZ is a fervent believer that one must have a solid foundation if one is going to have strong superstructure.

For as long as Jessica can remember she has been enthusiastic about fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When she became a certified personal trainer in 2009 she knew she could help others do the same. She immediately fell in love with helping her clients achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing. Becoming a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Completing her Culinary Degree has allowed her even more options to guide her clients in achieving their health goals both inside and outside the gym. As the fitness industry is constantly changing, so too are the needs of her clientele, and that inspires her to be a better trainer year after year. She welcomes the chance to assist her clients in crafting a personalized and successful exercise experience.

Reiko graduated from the University of Virginia in 2014 after studying Kinesiology and Biology. Her fundamental knowledge of exercise and human sciences has thrust her into a career in healthcare with a focus on physical rehabilitation for overall health and wellness. At Success Studio, Reiko often works behind the scenes to expand the reach of the Studio’s message and to improve the client experience. She loves when she has the opportunity step out onto the floor to work directly with clients, helping to reach their fitness goals. Outside of the Studio, Reiko works full-time as a physical therapy aide, helping patients to restore function to their bodies so that they may lead active and healthy lives.
