What is C.O.R.E.?
C.O.R.E. is a full-circle approach to total wellness that targets exercise, nutrition, and stress reduction. We focus on creating a lifestyle change for you, as opposed to a quick fix.
What does C.O.R.E. include?
Over the course of 3 months, C.O.R.E. includes:
· 2 personal training sessions per week.
· 1 nutrition session per week
· 1 stress coaching session per week
· Full access to the gym at your convenience, free access to group exercise classes, and the availability of our other services, such as massage and kickboxing.

We are the only gym in the central Virginia area offering a program of this kind. We understand that change is difficult, and we want to support you throughout the process to help you reach your goals. Our business is about you—getting to the core of what you need and determining the best way to help you reach your individual goals.
Why Nutrition?
Two personal training sessions per week will help you lose fat while building cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength according to your current condition. Your trainer and the Success Studio team are here for all of your fitness questions, to teach you proper form, and to help guarantee success! Everyone knows that half of losing weight is taking control of what you eat. Our registered dietitian will identify your diet’s strengths and weaknesses, help you find ways of incorporating underrepresented foods in your diet, aid you in reading labels at the grocery store, and help you overcome those foods you can’t seem to live without.
Why Stress Coaching?
Twelve stress management coaching sessions will help you identify stressors in your life, analyze how they affect your daily energy levels and help you manage your time and stay positive.

February American Heart Health Month
February is American Heart Month, how healthy is yours? Let us help you challenge yourself to increase your cardio workouts! Participate in our Cardio Contest this month! Keep track of the amount of time you use a cardio machine when you visit the Studio and record it at the front desk. The top 5 participants will receive a prize! Wear RED to workout and you can add an extra 30 seconds to your time.

Training program for ages 11-14 on preventing injuries caused by the heavy demands of sports. This program will consist of 6 one-hour sessions that focus on flexibility, core strength, and lower body strength.
